2010 Spring Baseball
Dates
1st Practice begins February 8th
Spring Baseball season begins on March 5th and ends on May 14th


OPAA Baseball offers Spring and Fall Baseball Leagues for Boys and Girls
between the ages of 4 and 15.

Baseball Registration Fees:
All T-Ball $100
8U $110
10U & 12U $125
15U $150

 

6 and Under League This league is the T-Ball league. In the Spring there is competitive T-Ball and Non-Competitive. In the Fall OPAA offers Non-Competitive only.
8 and Under This league is machine pitch and is run in accordance with Babe Ruth baseball rules.
10 and Under This is a player pitch league and is played in accordance with Babe Ruth league rules.
12 and Under This is a player pitch league and is played in accordance with Babe Ruth league rules.
15 and Under This is a player pitch league and is played in accordance with Babe Ruth league rules.
Travel Teams OPAA does support the travel team baseball. If a coach wishes to start a travel team they need to fill out an application prior to the season's registration process.

All competitive leagues are selected through a draft process
All competitive leagues team selections are done using a draft process. The manager will be able to freeze their child and two other children of coaches. The tryout scores will be used to help the coaches with the selection process.

All players are required to go through a tryout process
In order to create a better distribution of talent through the draft process. Please be aware of your try-out dates. Tryouts are not required for non-competitive T-Ball league

**If for some reason you have a problem on a team, there is a proper way to try and resolve the issue.
First, let the coach know.  If the issue involves the coach, then contact the league commissioner.
