Welcome to the Rules & Regulations Committee! OPAA is run completely by volunteers.    The Committee shall be chaired by the Vice President and include the Umpire Coordinator, Commissioner and/or Player Agent which the action involves. The Committee shall rule only on protests and grievances filed in accordance with Babe Ruth Rules and Regulations.  Appeals on Committee rulings can be submitted to the Board. The Committee must maintain official copies of all sports' Rules and Regulations in effect. The Committee shall review and administer all incidents involving disciplinary actions.  Records of all disciplinary actions shall be presented to and maintained by the President. Back to Committees
