OPAA is run completely by volunteers.  If you would be
interested in serving on the following committee,

Committee Chairperson

 

  • A separate Chairperson may be established for each athletic program.
  • The Board shall establish Official Registration dates for each athletic program.
  • The Board shall approve all fees charged to the general membership.
  • Members shall not receive a refund of fees after one week's practice with a team.  Exceptions shall be permitted for injury or relocation before the first game.  Refunds are done on a case-by-case basis as directed by the Board of Directors.
  • The Chair shall be responsible for verifying eligibility of participants.  No participant shall be considered registered until all necessary information is provided.
  • The Chair shall maintain all registration records and "waiting lists" for their respective athletic program.
