Committee Chairperson

 

  • A Nominating Committee, chaired by the Vice President, shall be appointed by the President, and approved by the Board, at the July meeting.
  • The Committee shall compose a list of potential Director candidates for the upcoming election.
  • The Committee shall conduct and confirm each potential Director candidate's willingness to serve as a Director.
  • The Committee shall adhere to all policies and procedures outlined under the Nomination of Directors.
