OPAA is run completely by
volunteers. If you would be interested in serving on the
following committee, please click on the link below to contact the
chairperson.

Fundraising |
- The board shall approve all
fundraising projects of the Association.
|
- The Committee shall be
responsible for establishing or conducting:
a.
Dates (Fundraising and Collection) b. Awards
and Prizes c. Rules d. Meetings with
Team Representatives
|
- Committee shall communicate and
coordinate activities with each Commissioner and/or
Coordinator affected.
|
- The Chair shall coordinate
purchasing and cash handling procedures with the
Treasurer.
|
- Association teams may not
fundraise specifically for their team. All
fundraising must go through the association and turned
over to the treasurer for accounting. Teams may
request funds raised be returned to that team at the
monthly board meetings for a specific tournament,
outing, etc.
