Cheerleading registration is for ages 5-15.
Participant's age on July 31st of current year shall be the participant's age for the coming season.

Total Cost to Cheer for 2010 Season is $225.00*

If you are a first time cheerleader at OPAA, it is critical that we know which is your zoned Elementary school.  Pop Warner has boundaries.  If you are zoned for any Elementary school other than Orange Park Elementary, Grove Park Elementary, Lakeside Elementary, or Montclair Elementary, you must see one of the coordinators before registering your child.

*In order to help defray the cost to parents, we will offer a sponsorship package to all cheerleaders.  The sponsor will not only support the Football/Cheerleading program, but they will also sponsor the individual cheerleader.

How to Register for Cheerleading at the Park

1. Arrive at the field house with a copy of your child's birth certificate if it is your first time.  You will also need a copy of your child's Pop Warner Physical Form and photocopy of their final report card from the prior year.
2. Fill out Registration Form.
3. Fill out Parent Behavior Form.
4. Fill out Cheer Agreement Form.

5. Make registration payment by cash or check. (Made payable to OPAA)

6. Some of the forms may be printed from the links below and completed before arriving.

All forms are given at the official registration day.  Required forms are due on registration day or before the first August practice.
