OPAA is run completely by volunteers.  If you would be
interested in serving on the following committee,

Committee Chairperson

 

  • Maintain buildings and grounds.
  • Undertake building projects as directed by the Board.
  • Plan for the future needs of the Association.
  • Utilize the County allotment to accomplish major improvements and repairs for the Association, subject to the approval of the Board.
  • The Chairperson shall be responsible for obtaining necessary goods and services for the Committee and shall be considered as "Agent" for these purposes.  He/she shall adhere to all purchasing policies and procedures outlined under Financial Operation.
  • Chairperson shall be responsible for "Maintenance Person" and duties of this individual.
